SUPPLY CHAIN

iKas International understand the risks of modern slavery, and we are committed to ensuring there is no human trafficking in our own business or supply chains. We are a global recruitment consultancy with international offices, and our supply chain is based on providing professional staffing solutions to the financial services sector. The organisation currently operates in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

iKas International have the following policies in place, outlining its approach to the prevention of Modern Slavery in its supply chain:

Whistleblowing Policy - iKas encourages all its employees, clients and business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of the organisation.

Employee Code of Conduct – Our code makes clear to employees the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing iKas, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when managing our supply chain.

We expect our suppliers to operate in an ethical way, and to promote the same compliant standards as our own. In accordance with our clients’ requirements, iKas carry out rigorous compliance checks, ensuring we verify candidate identity and right to work, in addition to ensuring the appropriate contract agreements are in place. Only companies that meet our set standards of compliance are listed on our PSL.

These controls, alongside our integrity and business relationships, guarantee we are following necessary steps to mitigate risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chain.
